We are honoured to be featured in the inaugural Partner Series by 1Exchange, a regulated digital exchange based in Singapore. Through a recent exchange of ideas alongside with our partners EDDID Financial, we shared our vision for building the next generation of Real-World Asset (RWA) markets.
The feature captures our conversation surrounding our recent milestone project in Hong Kong: bringing a tokenized green private fund to market. Structured under the Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund (LPF) regime and backed by operational EV charging infrastructure, this collaborative project successfully bridges real-economy cash flows with blockchain efficiency to deliver a hybrid return model for Professional Investors.
During the conversation, we highlighted our role as the RWA architect and ecosystem orchestrator. We touched upon the intricacies of structuring an institutional-grade asset, coordinating across technology providers and financial institutions, and the importance of establishing clear, legally enforceable beneficial ownership through digital tokens. We also explored how digitizing LPF units reduces administrative overhead and lays the groundwork for fractionalizing physical assets into digitally accessible investments.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the potential to scale this blueprint. From expanding EV charging initiatives in Hong Kong to exploring new opportunities across ASEAN markets and other sustainable asset classes, our commitment to financial innovation remains stronger than ever.
